Spoiled Spa and Salon

Kristin is a true miracle worker. She cares, listens, knows her hair stuff, is skilled and talented, and then works her magic to create that moment when you look at yourself in the mirror, and you have been given more than you could have dreamed of. That is the reason Kristen is the most amazing hair colorist I have had in decades. My hair has been my hobby. It has been long, it has been short, it has been purple, blond, and several random seeming colors at the same time. I was really put out when my children told me I needed "human colored" hair. My forced Covid grow has been a nasty, golden blond into a before unrealized salt and pepper look. I choose to go for the "natural" look. Now, natural is not a look I have ever striven for, but we could give it a go once, right? I sat in Kristin's chair, gave her my list of lifelong hair fears.... Love-hate thing with bangs....will kill you if you put in layers or try to thin my hair.....want an inch or so cut off.....maybe more..... Kristin was astonishing. When she picked up the thinning shears to give me more volume around my face and saw me pull back as if she were going to set me on fire, she put the shears down and looked me in the eyes and explained what was happening. I fell in love with her right there and then. At the end of the cut and color journey, I have hair healthier and more beautiful than I ever imagined I would have when I started to figure out what to do with the mass of mess on top of my head. Now my hair is beautiful, healthy, youthful, and unique....just the way I have always loved it. THANK YOU, KRISTIN!!!!!
