Thought it was a good place cause i have went there in the past but this last visit was the worst. Have a broken top front tooth and all they did was take one xray and looked at my tooth and sent me off. I asked for antibiotics but was told no because they didn't do anything. I am in pain and have waited 4days for my appointment. I was there for only 15 minutes & spent less than five minutes with the dentist. Was told it was gonna cost $2,554 for two fillings and two crowns. I only need one tooth fixed right now. In the past having state insurance they filled my teeth and rebonded my broken tooth but now they didn't do crap for me. Didn't even try to recommend another dentist office that takes state insurance. I ended up going to the ER for antibiotics & pain medication. ER even said that i should of been given something since they took an xray, looked at the tooth and billed my insurance. ER doctor spent more time with my tooth than the actual dentist and was more understanding. I will not longer go to Value Dental, every disappointing.

I've been to this dentist for years, my kids and husband go as well. My last appointment was Friday before last, and it was WONDERFUL as ALWAYS! They are always kind, and understanding of my phobias. They always do great work, and even saved my tooth when I didn't think I'd keep it after an accident.

Provided by DexKnowsI was a loyal customer for years and I have seen the dentist every 6 months. But recently my beloved dentist moved to another state. Once I was experiencing a tooth discomfort to cold and heat due to the loose filling. The tooth was functional and pain free, so this can be rectified by visiting the dentist and getting the loose filling out and a fresh filling put in its place. I showed up five minutes early for my 5pm appointment but finally I was "seated" more than one hour without a single explanation by anyone. Then there's an exam, and my teeth need more than $7,500 worth of work. Surprise infected root canal (the tooth was pain free) and more expenses. I think a medical professional should hold to an ethical standard and wouldn't try to make a patient undergo any unnecessary procedures. These procedures are not only costly, but could cause other problems for the patient down the line. So I cannot recommend them in good faith.

Provided by DexKnowsMy children have been going to this Dentist for almost two years now, they are very patient and gentle with young children. My 4 year old had two cavities filled with no pain at all. My only complaint is the wait time. If I have an appointment I should not have to wait more than 15 minutes to get in. Last time we waited for over 30 minutes. The front counter staff could be friendlier. Overall the experience was average.

Provided by DexKnowsDr. B. was rude, uncaring and incompetent. My daughter was yelled at, he wanted to pull two of her teeth without discussing if they could be saved, he didn't say anything about her having an absess. Thankfully she was very upset by his demeanor and left, had she not she would have had two teeth pulled that didn't need to be pulled and without being numbed as novacaine doesn't work if you have an absess! I made an appointment with my dentist for her, he can save both of her teeth and gave her an antibiotic for the absess, if it is gone he will begin work on her next week. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen and thank goodness it wasn't her that will have to deal with the pain. Heaven only knows how many people he has treated badly, harmed or how many will be damaged in the future. This really is no "value"

I went to this dentist and was treated like a welfare case, he then pulled a eye tooth and punctured my nasal sinus. I now have to have surgery and lots of follow up care. Avoid this denist with all costs. They are like torture dentists.

Not only was the denist I sawrude and unprofessional,my insurance was billed for a procedure that was not preformed. I would avoid this office at all costs.
