came back several times, the urine stink remained. 100% guarantee is not real. Was told they never give a full return. Said they would send a check for half the price in the mail. Never happened. They do not answer my calls, and I assume could care less about clients.
Yuck!!!

Honestly I was not expecting this kind of quality and costumer service in a small company like this but the job was done beautifully and professional.

Now days are hard to find a company with a good costumer service not even the big corporations with this said this company is absolutely amazing and the results are excellent too.

They are everything you expect in a company respectful, on time, guaranteed on their services, also the best quality in town.

The two guys that came to my house were a little late so I did not liked that, so, I called the office and they offered me a 10% extra off. So when they finished my carpets I was stunned, my carpets looked they way they were when new!
