They did beautiful work on my front step and paver walkway! I am so pleased with how it all came out! Their design and execution tied in perfectly with the features already in place, and their finishing touches blended it all together so nicely! From start to finish, their quick, reliable, professional, and conscientious responses to my landscape request were to their great credit, and I highly recommend their business to everyone who asks.

If u want a service that is unreliable, poor customer service, and will abandon a job right on site, then choose creative exteriors. They sent me to mason company to pick out stones in south windsor, ct, without any paperwork to complete, and the mason company tells me there is non to complete. Creative Exteriors gets to my house with no idea of the stone I picked out. In addition to that, Jimmy, the foreman, tells me that the mason company usually has people pick out paperwork, and i was an exception to this event occurring and I pretty much should get over it if I want my walkway done.



In addition to that they had me waiting weeks for them to come out, without any definite date for them to do my walkway. They call me at the last minute and say they are coming the next day! Okay, I do work.....Nightmare.
