        Paid for a very expensive oil change. Next morning noticing a huge oil leak on my 4 month old driveway. Brought it back and they said they did not tighten the bolts on the oil pan. Offered $20 off for this trouble. Now I am stuck trying to get oil off my new driveway. They did not offer to help on this

        DO NOT GO HERE!!

        I've been to this Jiffy Lube more than once, but after my last time, I will never go there again. One of the workers broke the handle on my passenger door, and the manager told me that it was not his fault and that he would pay nothing. So now I'm stuck with a broken handle. Not only did they break my door handle, but they didn't even latch my hood, and they did not perform the services promised (neglected cleaning floor mats, checking air in the tires, etc.) This place is bad in general, and horrible if anything goes wrong. The management will do NOTHING to help. It's in your best interest to go somewhere else.‎

        Broken Air Filter Cover

        They stripped the screws on the airfilter cover and cracked the case - admitted it too. Had to deal with the BBB in TX to handle the case. Finally got it resolved but it took months! We don't use these folks any more.
