The flywheel key broke on my Toro and they are the only authorized repair business in Vero Beach so that's where I took it. They were supposed to fix the keyway (-$2 part), change oil, new plug and air filter plus sharped the blade. After 4 phone calls and 6 weeks later they finally called and said my mower was ready. When I picked it up I noticed it was pretty dirty from sitting in the shop. My bill was $34+. Thought that was a pretty good deal until I got the mower home and checked it out. Blade wasn't sharpened, no new plug, and no new air cleaner. So I paid them to replace a $2 keyway and they charged me $32 to do it which took them 6 weeks to do. So I replaced the plug and air filter myself. And ever since I got it back it takes about 5 pulls to get it to start. I would not recommend them. They'll never touch my mower again.
