I'm currently feeling like I'm being screwed by them. To those of you with experience already please contact me I need to know what I can do.

BIG word of advice!!!!! Stay away from this business! I can't believe that nobody has closed them down yet. Vero Beach is a small town and word spreads fast. I especially LOVE the story by the 17 year old girl that was bullied into taking it before her loan went through. So, she ended up not getting the loan and got screwed out of $500. It's funny reading a story so similar to ours. We bought a van, took it home and oil leaked all over the driveway. Carlos had us bring it back to have it checked out. His diagnosis was that there were no oil leaks and there were no leaks of any kind. We took it to a dealer in town that checked it out for us. He found oil, leaks water pump leak, damage to left front strut, rear brakes, lower control arm bushings and needed a new drive belt. It needed a brake flush, transmission flush, coolant flush and wiper blades. The right front window didn't work and the left rear works in the opposite direction. We paid $3600 for the van and find out that it needs $2500-$3000 worth of repairs. We only had the car for 3 weeks when we brought it back. We knew that it leaked oil, but assumed that was the only issue. Carlos agreed to pay half of an oil change. We probably put about 50 miles on the van and it sits on our property because it doesn't run. Wanted to bring it back and get a full refund, but was refused. Carlos never offered to give us any of our money back. So, stay away from this business! They are CROOKS!!!!

Word of advice ... steer away from this place !! Terrible lady working there named Michelle the finance manager , she is a scam artist and a complete liar . I basically got scammed for 1000 dollars that i am now fighting for in court .. im 58 and ive financed many times before and never had the worst experience in my life

I'm 17 and I went to purchase my first car with my mom knowing the lady. She rushed me into a 04 Oldsmobile because she sold the car I wanted the night before and she knew I was going to purchase. She let me leave without it even being financed and the only reason we found out is because my mom called the bank and they turned down the loan and we never knew. I brought the car back within a week and 2 days of having it because it had some mechanical issues. She told me I couldn't get any money back due to the contract already being finished. Come to find out since the last bank didn't approve the loan the same day i was there to return the car she called a new bank an they approved it and wrote up a new contract without our knowledge. The contract in my car was completely voided and we didn't even know. No one had signed the new contract so legally there was no contract so she than tried to give me 750 dollars back thats when we finally called the police because she wouldn't help at all. When she heard police were on the way she immediately left. The owner than finally stepped in an decided to give me 1,100 dollars instead of the full 1,500 . She took advantage of a friends daughter and it is considered fraud due to i was driving around in a car who never became financed until the same day this all took place .
