Worst place ever to buy a car, the people who work there are ignorant and unable to make any intelligent decisions. When confronted they are verbally abusive and unable to keep proper records , or documentation. They go back on their word and are completely untrustworthy.

Very nice and professional salesmen. I really Enjoyed doing business with them. Will recommend others.

Well i thought i had possibly made a mistake but i was totally off base with john and his people and i am here to retract my statement from earlier. I in fact made the best decision of my life buying at stepanek's they have treated me with respect and taken care of all my needs in fact they have gone above and beuond to make me happyanyone who says different was probably rude and couldn't afford to buy from a class act dealer like stepanek's and they need to stick with the roadside shisters and crooks where you pay $50 a week and get screwed in return.with stepanek's you get a great deal with three years of peace of mind and a hassle free purchase with great people.

I would not be surprised if Stepanek's wrote the positive review lol The owner is completely disrespectful. After I wanted to give the car back he talked down to me and told me I would never own anything. He was very loud and tried to scare me. I interupted his rant with a question and he had the nerve to act offended. I was shocked that they could really have operated for 37 years with this kind of customer relations. Aren't the businessmen supposed to cater to the customer? I guess when they have your balls in a vice they only need to cater to their wallets. Ok I understand you can't get a good deal on a car with bad credit like mine. But 3 years at $160 a month for a 2000 taurus that got $1,200 on kelly blue book seems like overkill.

We were treated with respect. Did we pay way more for our car than it was worth....yes. But, that is the price we pay for making poor credit choices in our past. I am happy to have a company like this here, higher prices or not, to at least give me the option to improve my credit score and have a car. We fell on hard times financially after buying our car and Stepaniks has worked with us EVERY time we have had to make a late payment without making us feel embarrassed or ashamed. We also had an issue with a problem with our car and had an employee there actually give us money to pay for our copay on our GREAT warranty. I cant say enough about the people I have dealt with at Stepaniks. They have been wonderful and have gone above and beyond making sure that I keep my car and NOT get it taken away through this financial hardship we have been going through.

2 prices! One for cash, one for finance, but it's like pulling teeth to get the information. If dictionaries used pictures to define words than the sales staff would be next to the word ignorant. One sales man looked and acted like he had not slept in weeks when I told the other salesman that it seemed like he could use a cup of coffee the sales man became rude saying that he refuses to deal with people who talk about his fellow workers like that.

How these people were rated best in Vero is beyond belief unless it involved a large amount of cash. Thses people take advantage of the needy and those who have had problems with credit. Then they treat people like crap. Take your hard earned money elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated like trash
