Leinbach Custom Butchering

I have had my meats processed there for over 6 years. All have been better than other local places I have had it done. I have had Deer Cow and other meats processed there.

I have personally used Leinbach butchering several times... great service, they are Mennonite so if you feel they are stand-offish remember it's more cautious than rudeness. All the products are vacuum sealed except the ground products which are in the industry standard tubes closed off at the ends. Their breakfast sausage is wonderful, just remember to ask for double spices as they tend to be a little bland otherwise. Their beef sausage and beef bolgna is great. Their prices can't be beat. I only use them for Beef, Pork, and Turkey sausage. I've not taken any deer there. If you want to use them though, call WAY in advance as they are getting so much business lately that us locals are getting pushed down the road.
