Awful, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, do not waste your money here, if you have a claim they will not pay it or figure out a way to turn it into multiple claims, meaning you pay more they pay less. The adjuster says one thing and does another, watch what you say to him, he will twist your words to make it more beneficial to them, we dealt with them for over a year on a claim and finally had to get an attorney involved

Wonderful experience with them when filling claims. They made easy work out of a stressful situation.
