        This is an outstanding family-friendly restaurant, which has been part of the Vestavia Community for many years. The owner, Fidel Castro, is extremely friendly, very hands-on, and is a faithful supporter of ball teams. The food is deliicious---especially the Special Poblanos, the Fajitas, and the Chicken Soup is the best I've ever had--it's my favorite thing to bring to a sick friend. I highly recommend El Poblano!
