Absolutely horrible experience. I was told after my starter was replaced that I need my right wheel bearing fixed. Gave me a price of $297. I came in and they said that I need both wheel bearings fixed for a price of $580. Finally getting my car back at 8 that night, my car overheated on the way home. I came back to get them to check it and they said that my fan was corroded and needing a new one. After replacing every switch and fuse and thermostat , everything to do with overheating I still had miss firing problems. After replacing the crank sensor, fan, another sensor and belt Unfortunately another $500 to fix my car that could have been prevented. Not to mention, my co-worker had her car in the very same shop and the owner called to see what time she was schedule to be in for work. Came in and sat at a table and demanded his $500 and the car wasn't fixed. This man is very unprofessional and highly rude to his customers. I highly suggest not to go to them for any mechanical needs.

Never go to this place. They are a scam in every way. First, they quoted me 10 days to fix my car and it took 9 months and several times of me threatening to have it towed away for them to even have it ready in 9 months. Next, they charged me hundreds of dollars for new parts that they never bought for my car. They went to a pull-a-part place and bought extremely and very obviously used parts that were not even for my model or year car. Also, literally on my way home from picking up the car, it broke down again. This time I had it towed to the dealership and they were able to show me the used and wrong parts they had put on my car. I called unique car care to get my money back because I was not going to give them the opportunity to mess it up any more, and they told me they would not do anything for me. I also found out that not one of their supposed techs have any kind of certification in anything. I then had to pay the dealership to refix their mistakes and fix the original problem.

Took a car there, it stayed for several months. Never fixed, rarely looked at. We had it towed away from there only to store at a relative's house. Very negligent. This a poor example of "auto repair", this is auto care-lessness at it's worst! Do not go here is you want repairs!

The owner said he could rebuild my truck transmission. Turns out he couldn't. Instead of telling me this, he went to a junk yard but got the wrong transmission. After I caught him in a lie he still lied to me for 5 months telling me he would fix the truck. Eventually I took him to court to get my money back. The truck was ruined due to his handywork. Do not give him upfront money...better yet go somewhere else. If I could I'd give them a -10.

This is a good place to send a car to die I gave him 3 different makes to work on chevy van which after 3 weeks gave it back and took 600.00 for repairs gave it back with I don't know whats wrong with it hey company van thanks,terrible way to do something ,second missing and left a lot more than 5 serious parts off it gave it back to my wife missing terribly with hey huh maybe it needs a tune up? took it to a real mechanic and they put back what they had left offruck and the final truck now the drive shaft is whining very loud if you WANT TO BE STRANDED THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!
