Casa Bella Apartments

This apartment has the rudest leasing staff! My family and I went for a tour of these apartments after waiting for 30mins for the lady(I believe named Cynthia) to get off her cell phone... She refused to show us the apartments saying she was to busy! 2mina later another family came in and she gave them a tour!! After I left I heard her cursing at another staff member! I am so happy my family and I didn't rent there! How could you live in a place where the office staff is so rude!

Casa Bella apartments is truly becoming a great community for family housing. For a period of time things were crazy here it seem as though the owners didn't care but that has truly changed. The new management we have here now are great, they came in working hard to fix the mess left to them by the previous management company. And I must say that I am very HAPPY with the direction it is going. We are involved with prosperous programs like Lifesteps usa, the Neiborhood watch, and the Crime Free Multi-Housing program with the county of San Bernardino. In addition to this we have Security that responds whenever we call them and a Manager that truly cares about our community. I will end with, we have had so many manager and management changes, but I am confident we are on the right track.
