I have never seen an office staff more dedicated to their provider and that speaks volumes. From check in with Kim to my procedure with Amber and Melanie getting the authorization from my insurance quickly I am thrilled to have found this office. Dr. Puppala put me at ease and went through everything with me. NO SURPRISES! He and his staff are wonderful and care about you! You are in GOOD HANDS HERE!!!!

Found the direct cause of my symptoms. Looking forward to the procedure.

I received an epidural injection for lower back pain with outstanding results. When I came into Dr. Puppala's office my back pain was 8 out of 10 threshold, when I left his office I was pain free. The injection really helped rid me of my back and leg pain. I truly would like to thank Dr. Puppala and his staff.

Before I came to see Dr. Puppala I was in a lot of pain (10 out of 10). I received an epidural shot and feel 100% better. I came in feeling real hurt, now I'm leaving with a smile on my face =)

I came in today with difficulty walking and consulted with Dr. P about my pain level. He suggested that he inject me with pain reliever to relieve the pressure off the nerve in my lumbar area. After the procedure I feel no pain in the area I felt when I came in.

When I arrived, my pain level was a 7/10 in my neck and in my lower back. Once I received the injections my pain was gone. This feels amazing.

Upon arrival of my appointment I had severe pain in my neck area, moderate pain to my lower back. I would say on a scale of 1-10 I was a 7 in my neck area and a 4 in my lower back. Once getting my epidural surprisingly I have no pain in either my neck and lower back. :-)

The pain in my neck was severe, almost unbearable even. The procedure was a bit nerve wracking at first thought but was explained to me on a couple of occasions. The entire process took roughly 10 minutes and my neck feels 100x better. I feel great =)

Before I received my injection, I was in constant pain. When I received my injection, the pain was gone. The injection itself was not painful like I thought it would have been.

I came into Dr. Puppala's office with lower back, neck, and leg pain. Before I got the injection my pain was 6-7 on a scale from 1-10. After I received the injection I no longer feel the pain that I was having before I walked in. My pain is at a 0 now, and this is the best I've felt in a long time.
