My hot water heater leaked for a while and ruined my floor next to my heater. Not only did Mike give me the best price on a replacement heater, he contacted my insurance company and filled out the paper work for my claim and I was reimbursed for the entire amount of damage I incurred as a result of the leak. Called for no heat. Charged me $250.00 for 5 min. work, pushing the reset button. Then told me they should come back and clean heater for another $165.00 + parts. to call and make an appoitment.
