Had a great experience. They came by sooner than originally anticipated and very quickly and easily assessed and fixed the problem with our unit. Super friendly guys, did great work, and at a fair price.

We have been using Control Maintenance for 10 years. They installed the units in our new construction home and have maintained the units since construction was completed. When our a/c went out in 90+ temps they came out the very next morning. They have always treated us fairly.

I wouldn't have even given them 1 star if I didn't have to.One of the brothers that run this company is real rude. He does unacceptable work and expects the customer to just deal with it.If you have a problem with your unit, they will put you off until your warranty is up.Be careful cause they will put the wrong serial # on your warranty paperwork!These guys are very lucky to still be in business, I would not call them for anything!
