Absolutely terrible customer service and poor design. Our townhome block has had several major issues which have been ignored. There was no thought into proper rain control which has caused several of our front and back yards to flood. Multiple residents have experienced leaky roofs and I have watched my foundation erode over the 6 months since I moved in. Larry Hill has neglected to respond to numerous phone calls and e-mails. On the occasion that he has responded, he has been rude and condescending. If you have the choice, go with any other builder. I have heard wonderful things about Simpson Builders. Stay away from LR Hill, he will bring you nothing but frustration and dissatisfaction.
