Leban and associates exceeded all of my expectations for handling my case. I enjoyed Mr.Leban is straight forward approach and realistic expectations. I highly recommend this firm to family and friends and any one who has any immmigration as well as criminal cases. He was great to work with and is always available to answer difficult questions or concerns if you set up an appointment. They even let you come in on a Saturday. I'm very impressed that they take individualized care. I am very genuinely grateful to this law office. My husband and I hope to keep them as a long term lawyer and maintain our professional relationship. They have brought my husband from the brink of deportation and today he is a happy Permanent Resident.

My fiancé and I had a very positive experience using Leban and Associates PC American Immigration and Business Law Center. We worked specifically with Mr. Kumar for most of our experience. For some background:
I am a US Citizen, born and raised, my fiancé is from Brazil, born and raised, but whose father eventually became a green card holder (but never had custody, or even really a strong relationship with her), the rest of her family lived in Brazil. She came to the US once on a work visa, but it ended slightly prematurely. Although she requested a Tourist Visa before the work visa, and multiple times after, all attempts were met with denial.
When we applied for a fiancé visa together Leban and Associates PC American Immigration and Business Law Center were very accommodating with my work schedule and patiently answered all of the questions I had, my fiancé had, and then that we thought of later on. They were very friendly and when we needed to adjust timing of the visa to help accommodate my fiancé’s education, they knew exactly how the timing should work out.
We were told exactly what we needed to gather in order to make a strong case to get our visa approved. Then when we applied for the fiancé visa, we received our approval from the board after just one month.
We were ecstatic about the approval and began planning out the next steps for the interview process. We were told what to expect regarding when we would hear from the consulate in Brazil, about how long it would all take, and also had all of the questions answered that we could think of to help us prepare.
Now, we have passed our interview and are eagerly anticipating my fiancé’s arrival to the States so that she can cease to be my fiancé and forever be my wife.
Sorry, sappy at the end, but really, that’s what this is about, and that’s what the grace of God has done in helping us get this far and giving us the help we need.

First and foremost I would like to Thank God for bringing Leban and Associates into my life. Thank you Leban and associates for helping us win our case which was an near impossible task. I say our case because Micheal Leban and Kumar Malik fought for me as if I was their own family. All the legal documentation and court hearing were handled in a timely fashion. The amount of time and effort put into this case successfully freed me and has made me a productive member of the United states of America and no longer in immigration.
