Nancy Nails

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. I went there on a Friday before a cruise I was going on Sunday afternoon. I got only a pedicure with a white tip polish. The chairs were nice, but the place was empty and they acted like they were mad because I wanted a pedicure. The man sat me right next to a woman that was also getting a pedicure. WHY?! I would have liked to have a little space, especially seeing as how there was NOBODY else in there..Moving on, he started my pedicure. I got one of the expensive pedicure's. (45.00 one I think)..He barely removed any dead skin with the callus remover and it almost hurt as he was shaping up my toenails before he painted them. He kept getting up and going in the back for some reason?? He didn't talk at all (which I don't care about but at least ask how my day is)..He began painting my toes and then did the white tip. He got up an put the hot towels on my legs and then I saw him grabbing the sign and walking outside (to put at the street I guess)..He was out there for awhile and by the time he came back, the towels were totally cold..He put a clear coat on before he went outside and when he came back, he put another one. Not shiny at all. Then he helped me put my flip flops on and led me to pay. It was 40-45 and I tipped him around 10. Even though I wasn't totally satisfied, I still felt the need to tip. Later on that night I noticed that the clear coat was very dull and bubbled near the bottom of the nail. I went on my cruise and noticed the clear coat almost totally peeled off both of my big toes. I decided to get a pedicure on the cruise Monday and the nice lady asked when my last pedi was. When I told her it was 3 days before she almost fell out of her chair. She was scraping dead skin off my foot for a few months (smh!!)...I will NEVER EVER go to this place again. I will stick with UnWine Nail Spa further down Shore Drive for a better lasting polish. Keep away!!
