OMG! I don't know if i was just lucky or blessed! I haven't had water in 3 days. There was a major freeze Friday, and Saturday when the pipes thawed, I had a busted pipe. We called every plumber company in the yellow pages Saturday, and they all said that they would put us on there list, but the earliest they could come out was Tuesday, as every company we called had at least a 3 days backup. . Somehow by the grace of God, I stumbled upon this company today, Monday, on the computer. Rob was @ our house within hours. I knew my situation wasn't going to be easy, as he would have to cut threw the bathroom floor to find the leak, you could not access it threw the crawl space. The entire job was done w/ in a hour. The price was well below what other companies estimated. Infact, I had one plumber tell me everyone was calling there home owners insurances, and putting in a claim. I am so greatfull I didn't do that! Same day service!! I truly recommend Rob! As I submit this comment, I can hear my wife taking a shower in the bathroom, "we got water, yaay, we got water"! You definitely will not be disappointed.

I called Rob Bertolino Plumbing after my regular plumber never returned any of my calls. Rob showed up same day, was fast, professional and had my repair done at a surprisingly much lower cost to me then I had expected. I will be calling him in the future as well as recommending him to all my family, friends & neighnors!

Nothing like having a main sewer back up into the bath tub in the bathroom where the in laws are staying.. I called Rob, and within no time, he showed up and got it fixed for us. Awesome service, awesome response time. Will use him from now on. A++++

After another plumber cancelled twice, I found Rob on yp.com and he was able to come right away. He found what the issue was on three of my toilet tanks which had small leaks. I told him he was my hero and now I can stop paying such high water bills! His service was very efficient and professional. He had all three toilets fixed in 20 minutes and had all the parts required on hand. He also gave me a fantastic price. I would definitely recommend him!

There is nothing worse than having a sewer backup over the weekend but there is nothing better than having someone respond within 1 hour to fix the problem and that's Rob.
