South Beach Pizza

My husband and I are from Connecticut and know what a real New York Pizza tastes and looks like. We lived in Tennessee for 2 years and have lived here for almost 2 years and have had the hardest time finding a GREAT pizza until we found Pizza Palace. We order probably every other week, and have always had very good service, great food and every associate that we have encountered at Pizza Palace has treated us with the utmost courtesy. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. You get what you give.

We placed a call today for pick up and instead a delivery driver showed up at our doorstep. We told the driver that we asked for pick up and he responded rudely with a statement, "next time don't give out your address" and then walked back to his vehicle. We were were not paying with cash and did not want delivery service or we would have asked for it over the phone.



You have most likely lost a valuable customer and we be sure to communicate this bad experience to as many people as possible.
