Kitchen Remodeling
Detail: This remodel was a "facellift." The cabinet case and frame were in good shape and retained, but the doors were replaced. The cabinet was then painted. The countertop was also replaced along with the fixtures. The sunken shower, though, was completely removed, filled to floor level, and replaced with a bathtub and tile surround.
Bathroom Remodeling
Detail: This was a master bathroom remodel. The bathroom was gutted and a new layout designed. Dark woods were combined with light earth tone tile to create a traditional bathroom with a slightly contemporary flair.
Flooring
Detail: This was a complete kitchen overhaul. Walls between the living room and kitchen were removed, and the opening to the formal dining room expanded and moved. Once the area was open, a new layout was designed. New cabinets, appliances, fixtures, lighting, and flooring were then installed.
Door Installation/Replacement
Framing
Detail: The exterior of this home was designed to reflect the look of an old, rustic cabin. To create the old, rustic look, a combination of reclaimed lumber, new rough-sawn lumber, faux painting techniques, and a rustable sheet-metal roof were used. Thick, metal framing plates and old-world style stone also help create the rustic look.

Detail: The exterior portion of this remodel consisted of a new front entry door, chimney cap, an roof addition over a flat-roofed section, and an open beam, outdoor patio cover with a new outdoor fireplace.

Window Installation/Replacement
Detail: This was a complete home exterior remodel. The roofing was removed and replaced with a lifetime, composite shingle roof. The siding along with the window and door trims were removed. The siding was replaced with a waterproof fiber cement lap siding. The trim was replaced with a combination of fiber cement and pvc trims. Part of the exterior remodel was a new composite deck and a new set of stairs leading to an upstairs office.

Detail: This was a new custom home. It is built in the Country style, and has a asphalt shingle roof, hardi-board siding, and brick wainscott. The brick theme carries throughout the house.

Residential Roof Repair
Detail: This was an poolside gazebo that included a fireplace/pizza oven, outdoor kitchen & barbeque, and a sitting bar. It was framed using heavy, rough-sawn beams and thick metal brackets. The ceiling is tongue and groove. The roofing is tile to match the existing residence. New concrete was poured around the pool and existing home's patio. The pool fence was also altered to accomodate the gazebo structure. All of these elements combine to create a warm, inviting, and practical area to lounge by the poolside.
Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
Detail: This is a custom home we designed and built to reflect the style of an old, rustic, cabin. The cabin has a loft, first floor, and basement. In order to achieve the "rustic" look, a variety of methods were used. The roofing is a new, but rustable, metal roof sheething. Reclaimed lumber was used as the main ceiling rafters, the porch framing members, and many of the details such as trim, posts, and railings. Where relcaimed lumber wasn't possible, due to structure, cost, or availability, a custom painter was able to mimic the rustic look. An "Old World" style of stone and grout technique was also used to add to the rustic look.
