Stay away. Yes, they have nice clothes. But, unless you can find them on sale, forget it. I went in on opening day and rushed in to get my foam roller. Come to find out that they hadn't ordered enough and ran out. So I put in an order to get them for the $10 price they had listed them as and figured I would get them in a week or two. Yeah right. It has been 4+ weeks now. Each time I call they say they expect them on the next truck and blame the warehouse because they don't watch nor follow up on their orders. One time even trying to get a hold of a manager, they hung up on me and I seemed to stay in the elevator music pass the buck game. Still to this day I haven't received my order. Another time we took a t-shirt back. We were suppose to get $10 off $25 or more. Well, did this weird split thing and come to find out got shorted. The last experience I had was returning the shirt. They open at 10 a.m. and even after opening the doors, the management team was having a team meeting in front of the store with all team members. We had to interrupt the pow wow to return the shirt. Talk about BADDDDD MANAGEMENT!!!!!! Not impressed. At least at Sports Chalet and Big 5 they know how to order things and you never find them conducting team meetings. Oh, and don't expect them to open on time. It was past 10 a.m. and there were 6 families waiting to get in. Still in team meeting!!!!!
