Horrible attitude...

I work in an office and also work with the public and understand what the concept of customer service is. Grays needs to work on this. When something happened to our AC, I decided to call Grays so they can come check it out. the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said "have you been changing your air filters monthly? you know here in porterville you have to..." in a very condescending tone. she set me up for a Friday appointment and when I asked what time she said "isn't this an office? aren't you open all day? then why does it matter what time?" all of this was stated in very condescending and mocking tone. when I got off the phone I called Hudson Air and set up an appointment with them. I called Grays back and cancelled the appointment and they never even asked me why. In short I never even got a chance to find out if they do good work or not because their poor customer service made me go elsewhere. Hudson's by comparison was totally nice and made me feel like they wanted the business. Sad part was I think I was talking to the owner when I called Grays.
