        Overall

        Absolute worst customer service of all time. Went in to do an exchange and came across 6 employees who weren't able to help me. While they waited for someone to help me, on of their managers was in the back joking and talking to other employees while the store manager was gossiping on the phone by the register..all while ignoring the fact that we were there and without offering assistance to her employees. I would never return. They were rude, they didn't know what they were doing, they treated the store like a social gathering with each other. Lack of management has a lot to do with this I'm sure. They were also unapologetic about this terrible experience. No one shop here.
