Pioneer Management Co

I have been renting from Pioneer Management for the past 8 yrs & do most of my home repairs myself (single mom). They have never once called or had anyone come to do routine inspections on the property. I have called numerous times to have them check on my roof (which I know is in need of repair but they tell me if it isn't leaking that it's ok??? Guess I just have to wait til it is more costly for the owner to fix.Not my idea of a good management company.
