They have good doctors, if you get to them. It does take some time to get to the office. If your child is sick and you call for an appointment, first they take your info and they say a nurse will get back to you. Then IF the nurse calls (3-4 hours later), they try to solve as much as they can by phone only w/o a visit (I don't like this). Then if the nurse decides you do need to come for a visit, then you are very lucky if you could come next day.



We are looking for another pediatric doctor, it is very inconvenient with this facility.



I wish the people in charge would read these reviews and make a change, but they don't seem to care, another reason not to chose them.

Avoid them! We called and scheduled a consult while I was pregnant because we were thinking about taking our daughter there. I explained to them when I called and at the office, that Bailey would be covered under my husbands insurance, not mine (their office wasn't in network with my insurance) and they told me that would be fine. My husband and I arrived at their office 5 minutes earlier than our appointment time and waiting more than 45 minutes to see the doctor. When we finally did meet the doctor, it wasn't the one that we had originally called and scheduled with (I requested we be scheduled with a female) and he made us feel very rushed (Dr. Kielhlmeier). We decided that this office wasn't the office for us at all! Then, the office submitted a bill for the visit to MY insurance company. They sent me a bill for the visit, but they sent it to the wrong address (my house number is 118, they sent it to 110). I called the office after getting the statements in my mailbox recently, I guess the people a few doors down figured out it was our bill). Well, instead of calling me about the bill (I still can't believe they billed me for a consult!) that I never received, they submitted it to collections. Because they submitted the wrong address to collections, I never got anything from the collections agency either!!! This office is a MESS!!!
