        Overall

        Second time we have used this carrier - 2nd time they have refused the load. How difficult is it to divided ??? by 12? Their excuse is either the pallet takes up too much room in the trailer (and the deminsions were given in advance) or the driver doesn't have a pallet jack to move the pallet around or ??? Why book a load with a customer if you have no intention of accepting it?
