Chase Bank

they act like they really care when they get you to sign up for an account. but any time you have an issue all they are going to do is look on the computer for a minute and say there is nothing they can do. they have uncaring attitudes. i put 500+ dollars in their atm machine today and it spit out a receipt that said this machine is having technical problems. i went into the bank it was around closing time so they tried to give me an 800 number to call. i insisted they resolve the issue so they called someone and told me it would be in my account sometime tomorrow. my baby at home was is sick and i was suppose to pick up her medicine. because of their error i could not get it. i told them my problem all they could say is their is nothing we can do for you. needless to say my baby girl had to do without meds. Every time i have a problem all i hear is there is nothing we can do for you. So i would advise to go to another bank. this bank dont care about you. their attitude toward me was not ok and my baby not being able to have the medicine she needs because of their machine messing up with my money is not ok.
