It currently has a rodent problem of rodents living in attics. Unsure of what these rodents are, but they can be heard scampering around from one side of the unit to the next. Management has slow response time in trying to eliminate the problem because the matter does not affect their own personal units. Repair services are often inadequate requiring the need to call them back immediately to address the same problem. There are a lot of rules for residents, but not enough rules or reinforcement for management and staff to encourage them to take care of resident complaints properly. They request that you immediately report problems, but do not properly address them when you do. Rent is cheap, just a lot of hassle, and monthly unit inspections. They have recently failed a major inspection that includes the outdoor premises as well. Lived there over seven years and with each year, the service level decreases.
