A-1 Home Inspection

We made the mistake of letting our real estate agent recommend this inspector. We were told that there are no problems, however, there are HUGE problems. He "failed to mention" so many issues that luckily our bank would not pass. We could have been stuck with a money pit if the bank wasn't as thorough. You are wasting your money if you are looking for an honest inspector. You will be told what you want to hear, not necessarily what you need to hear. One star rating was too much to give - I wish there were negative ratings. We attempted to contact him to resolve our issues, and no contact was made on his behalf. Very poor customer service.
