Very slow service. Will not call you to let you know how the service is going. Very expensive service fees and parts

Ordered parts and left $1,000.00 deposit on 1/13 parts were not even ordered until 2/9 almost a month after they took my money ... 2/23 and parts are still not here. also paid $300.00 for ups shipping parts ARE NOT shipped ups but are being put on a trailer that the hitch man has bought to sell. now my options are wait 2-3 MORE weeks or drive 5 HOURS (2 1/2 hours each way) to one of their other stores and pick the parts up ... oh and NO REFUND ON SHIPPING......RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK. Also drove from Hughesville to Waldorf while waiting for Pete (the owner) to pick up the phone ... just to hear him laughing about hanging up on me when i was standing in the store....
