UNPROFESSIONAL and inadequate service... Trying to prevent a return visit due to a broken pipe, I called the company to request a technician review their previous work to prevent additional damage. I was told they cannot help me until I create another claim. I admit I am unfamiliar with proper paperwork HOWEVER I am pretty sure calling someone a "C" word then telling them to "go "F" yourself" is NOT part of this process.

Uninformed diagnosis and repair which caused secondary damage that Waldorf is not taking accountability for. Avoiding calls & messages. Tried to bilk HWA & myself into services not needed!
