We had quite the emergency today- water everywhere in our basement. The septic had backed up and water was sprewing out everywhere it could in the basement. It is New Year's Eve but when I called Chanowitz, Mike came out immediately to help us. He found the problem...a HUGE clog in a pipe that goes out to our septic and used his terminator machine to remove it. After that, all the water flushed through the pipes as they should and no more leaks. He made sure everything was fixed and all of our questions answered before he left. We were so happy with the service and are so grateful at how fast he took care of the problem.
