Dr. Ronald S Shigio, OD

I have been going to Dr. Shigio for MANY years and have never found him, or his wife Margaret, to be anything but professional, kind and respectful. I would recommend Dr. Shigio to anyone. He has been helping my entire family see better for close to 10 years. Just a note to the previous reviewer...you get what you give.

rate star one because that lady who answered to my call this morning at 10:50am on September 2, 2008 was very agressive and rude per relay person who told me of her voice tone. I did not like the way your employee spoke to me and got me anxiety nervous. I only asked questions and she become very agressive and got an attitude for no reason. tell her not do like that for phone calls to answer to me and other customers next time or I will ask for a differrent doctor under my insurance coverage if that happens again. She could have explained in her nicely tone voice but she didnt.
