I am very happy with a new owner. She's very friendly &nice. The nails shop very clean & neat.

I took my mom to this salon on Mother's Day morning this year and was shocked by the blunt refusal of the owner (an older lady) to polish my mom's fingernails on the grounds that "she doesn't need polish." We were the only customers at that time. When the two ladies (an older and a younger) were just finished with our feet, two other customers walked in. That's when the younger lady, who was doing my mom's toes, hurriedly buffed my mom's fingernails and told her she was done. When I asked if my mom's fingernails will be polished, the older lady (the owner, I think) told me that my mom's nails are buffed and that's why she doesn't need a polish on her fingers nails. I couldn't believe what she had said, but hurriedly paid (and tipped) and left. She charged me for two pedicures ($20 each) and the buffing ($25) of my mom's finger nails nevertheless. I wasn't a regular customer, in fact, it was my first time to be in a nail salon ever. Well, never again I will set my foot in that place.
