Frank's Property Maintenance

Have dealt with quite a few handymen and most are a 1-time experience -- either their fee is too high, they leave a mess behind, or I'm just not impressed with their work.

I've used Frank three times now -- to replace a window, to replace a window crank, and to replace a broken door lock. Each time he has responded promptly, has fixed the problem to my satisfaction, cleans up any mess, and I feel his fee is very fair. He also has numerous contacts so if he can't answer a question he can refer you to someone else who can. He also has a brother who can handle landscaping jobs, and I plan to use him in the future.
