Went there last year to fix the horn. All they did was bend a bent bracket back and said it was fixed. Few months later it stops working again. I bring it in December, cost is too much so I wait a few months. Call up a month ago to make an appointment to fix it (again) and show up today for appointment and then find out they don’t even have the part and just tell me to come back tomorrow. I work two jobs and this little mess up of theirs is costing me money comparable to the cost of the repair itself. I called the manager to see if he would work with me at all and got sent to voicemail. About 6 hours have passed and I haven’t gotten a single call back. I’ve gone there 3 times and been screwed over twice.

Just went in to this dealership with financing already secured and was given the run around for almost 2 hours. Ran my credit regardless of having financing in place and their so called "heroes pricing" was non existent. I am a veteran of 3 times over of Iraq and Afghanistan who heard good things about them. The salesman whom I dealt with and the sales manager just kept the run around game going. Quite unhappy and will definitely add this review wherever I can

Your inability to obtain the payment you requested has nothing to do with our pricing and everything to do with your trade in position and personal history.
