Big Top Party Rentals

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. This company is horrible. I used them for a wedding.

1) They were 4 hours late for set up. The tent was not put together correctly, so when it rained during the ceremony, guests were drenched. It was brought to the attention of the workers that the tent was assembled incorrectly at the time of the set up , and we were rudely told that we did not know what we were talking about.

2) Also the parts for the stage that were missing. We quickly built a new stage with our own materials .

3) The following day the removal crew was 2hrs late, and when they arrived they were disgusted by how poorly the previous team assembled the tent. They told us that they would give a refund. The most we were offered was $500, we paid $1500.

4) The tent was dirty and had holes.

5) It was not the tent that we were told was going to be delivered. The florist was not able to decorate the tent as planned.

6) When the pursued legal action we found that they do not have a proper business license.

7) They illegally avoid paying taxes by asking all of their patrons to pay cash. A discount is offered for clients who do pay cash.

8) They are all rude. Poor customer service. Even rude to our attorney.

Overall horrible company. I can't believe they are still in business

Big Top Party Rentals and Anthony’s Party Rentals are related. Go elsewhere. They have forgotten that service and honesty are important. For them, they never make a mistake, the customer is always at fault. Many chairs were dirty, and some were painted recently to cover up stains and age. Many of the tables were in rough shape. The bounce house was not what was ordered. They were late, extremely rude, do not merit any business.

I would advise anyone that needs party rental equipment to look elsewhere. The customer service is horrible!!!!! Bob is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Ignorant would me be a more suitable word to describe his character. I would advise all to look elsewhere if your looking for a professional reliable company.

Ordered a moonwalk from them and some tables and chairs. They arrived when I asked them to and the delivery guys took pride in what they did. They made sure they weren't going to hit a sprinkler line when putting up the moonwalk and they made sure the tables and chairs were in the right place. I will be using big top again no doubt.

Big top made my party!!!! everything arrived on time and very clean. The best part was their prices were great!! I only spent half of what I budgeted! I would recommend anyone to call big top!!
