Customer service is horrible. The receptionist is unprofessional and not considerate of others including paying customers. They do not project a customer friendly environment. They make their customers wait around while they talk and play with each other. My friend said if they were not making his orthotic he would get his prescription back and go to another orthotic supplier. Mr. Garth says that he was treated terribly.
