After much research, I chose PGH Smile Boutique for Lumineers (and SO GLAD I did!!!) As someone with multiple jobs and a very busy schedule, I messaged their Facebook page and was immediately responded to, at 10pm! I was able to speak to Dr Shieh directly about the Lumineer process and ask questions. I made an appointment for two days later. When I arrived, I was greeted by a welcoming and friendly staff. The luxury boutique atmosphere and design was beautiful, interactive, and comfortable. The service that I received from Dr Shieh was TOP-NOTCH. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. After each visit, Dr Shieh followed up with me to make sure everything was going well and was always available for any questions that I had. During the trial smile stage, we collaborated to tweak my final Lumineer shapes. Dr Shieh absolutely nailed what I wanted! I am a VERY picky person and I couldn’t be more ecstatic with the results!! Words cannot express how happy I am with this process and impressed by PGH Smile Boutique. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their services! I can’t stop smiling!!
