        Overall

        This was the worst experience. I took my 5 year old daughter here to rent an apartment. I filled out all the paperwork and got all the money orders to them the same day. I was told my the onsite manager that I qualified based on the two most recent paystubs I supplied her. I saw here walk to the calculator and determine my qualifying income. I was then told 4 days later I did not qualify based upon the same two paystubs. My daughter was heartbroken. I still do not have a home. The worst part is they won't even refund my application fee because of their mistake. And they refused to give me the name or number of their boss. This is not how you conduct business.
