Creative Floral Designs

I received flowers as a gift. My greenery had spores or was brown, and several of the roses were brown/dying when it arrived so I called to complain. The manager insisted they resend me the arrangement as they expect 100% satisfaction from their customers, and a new arrangement arrived the same day. The new one was much more appealing to the eye, but every single one of the roses died within a day. Kind of disappointing.
