J & J Electric

We bought our house in So Kingstown in 2014 and J&J was original electrical contractor to developer. For that reason, we hired them to install dimmers on inside lighting. Simple job, good work, and we paid them immediately; no issues.



In 2015 we had more electrician work and tried to hire them again. Called repeatedly, left messages and spoke to office and was told multiple times owner Jerry would call back. He never did. I even went so far as stopping in their office one day and to my face Jerry wrote down my number in his appointment book and promised he would call me. 4 months later; he still never has.



Too bad Jerry can't be honest and simply say the job is too small or too far from Warwick to So Kingstown or whatever the real reason is. Business must be good for these guys that they don't need/want work. So unless you are a developer or looking for a sub for a large job, don't waste your time with these guys. Look for someone who is honest and really needs and wants the work.
