We are old school about our preparation; making all of our sauces, marinades, desserts, & signature house dressing from scratch. We are committed to using local ingredients from local purveyor's such as Hungry Hills Farms, Steve Newago Fishery’s, Sixth Street Market, Benoit Cheese, Tetzner’s Dairy, and more.
