        Overall

        I take my French Bulldogs there for all their care. I drive 1 hour and 30 minutes because Dr Waits is awesome. They are always reasonably priced and take excellent care of my dogs. 2 of my dogs needed c-sections to deliver pups! They did a awesome job!

        Overall

        I took my dog in for an ear hematoma and I told them that when I made the appointment...I also knew he was due for his shots and wanted to have that taken care of as well. I had to leave work early to make the appointment only to be told by the Vet that he had a hematoma and would need surgery....something I already knew. I was charged $30 for the appointment and had to make another appointment for the following week. I asked about his shots and they said to bring him back and they would do the shots at that appointment too. Very poor customer service and an unnecessary charge for an appointment that I really didn't need.
