I am a former employee of Greenscape. Great company! I did the door to door program, so if you don't work, you don't make money!! Supervisors help motivate the team, but they don't tolerate deadbeats or slackers! If you plan on working here you need to have a good work ethic as door to door is self motivated. The support is there from management and other reps. If you are doing anything wrong, or making any mistakes they will let you know right away so you can fix it. All you have to do is come to work with a good attitude and you will make a lot of money!

Greenscape is the worst company to work for... They never pay you what you're supposed to get paid, the supervisor is an idiot with a temper problem that will do anything to make himself more money. The owner of the company is some foreign guy that will harass you constantly, creating a hostile work environment and threaten your pay every day if he doesn't like you. The reps and managers dont care about the requirements, they'll break all the rules just to get a few extra dollars. Avoid this company like the plague!
