Houses 4 U Management Services

The team at Houses 4U Management Service have been better than most property mangers in my housing experience. I have rented my place since 2009 and have always been treated with respect. Anna and Katherine have responded to my concerns in a timely fashion. Sometimes there are delays, but really I think this issues comes down to the attitude and willingness of the owners of the house in addressing the concerns. Still, I always feel that House 4 U fights on my behalf to ensure that I have a good, peaceful home and that I get what I deserve (ie. what I pay for.)

I'm living a nightmare. I moved into my unit 3 months ago. It's been one issue after the other. The property manager Anna Sumpter refuses after several request, to address or make repairs. The grass has only been cut once in 3 months. I had to beg her remove a mountain of trash. Trash has only been collected once in three months. The washer/dryer combo has never worked, in fact it wasn't even hooked up to a water supply. The rear yard is polluted and deplorable. My neighbor doesn't walk his two dogs, they're just let out back to relieve themselves and it is not picked up! It's a health risk, it's disgusting and I'm appalled. There are too many issues to list. It's just been a downhill struggle. The owner receives over $4400 per month in rental income, why aren't these issues addressed? Don't trust this company. They will be reported on each level. If you see Houses 4U Management, Inc......RUN!!!!!!!!!
