We counsel boards of directors, board committees and management of public and private companies on a wide range of corporate governance issues. We have extensive experience and a dedicated team that prepares and files the necessary applications to obtain approval from the federal and state bank regulatory agencies, as well as guiding merger applications through multiple regulatory bodies. We also guide our clients through the process of acquiring non-banking trust, investment advisory/brokerage and insurance firms.
