His passion is creating haircuts unique to your face shape (Visage) as well as changing your relationship with your hair by performing Smoothing Keratin Treatments. Ricardo also has expertise in Great Lenghts Hair Extensions.
Hair Color
As a master stylist and managing partner at Toka's Madison Avenue location, John has been associated with Toka for two decades. John’s extensive international experience and training has been focused on both hair coloring and precision cutting. Dedicated to and energized by his craft, he stays current on trends, but treats every client to a personalized experience that fits their tastes, look and lifestyle. In John's vision, every client is a celebrity.
Color Correction
Lisa is a colorist and color correction artist. She has also shared over 8 years working with L’Oreal Professionnel as an educator, teaching industry leaders the latest fashion and trends for hair.
Hair Straightening
Stylist Kenjiro Maruyama trained in Japan for 12 years before studying under the late stylist-guru John Sahag, known for his legendary "dry cut" technique. As the name indicates, this type of cut is done with a client’s hair in its dry, natural state, without the typical shampoo and rinse. He is also a master in Japanese straightening and beautiful blow drys. Maruyama has practiced these techniques for the last 20 years.
Keratin Treatment
Linda Tam is a hair coloring and coloring correction specialist. She also handles Japanese, Brazilian and Keratin hair straightening, root permanents and all kinds of hair extension.
